This is for a car I use for track days and weekends, about ten times per year. Ideally, I’d like a space where I can do light mechanical work on the car (e.g., wheel and brake changes, installing gauges, minor repairs, etc.). The car is drivable about 98% of the time, but sometimes I will need to leave it up on jackstands for a few days. I am fairly tidy with my workspace, and have all tools, spare parts, and consumables organized into a few storage containers
