I am vacating nearly 3200 sq ft live-work and shall appreciate ANY type/size storage, the more the better, and so long as space is suitable for books, technical manuals, for artisan’s tools storage, and also provided that rent is reasonable — our carpenter (my uncle, also) can help to do improvements. Seeking as much space for DEAD STORAGE as can be available, so long as it is secure, is dry and accessible for say a shopping cart or a hand-cart like they have at Costco or Home Depot.
