Seeking Storage A Share is OK (West Side of East-Bay) $3030 1460sqft

I am vacating nearly 3200 sq ft live-work and shall appreciate any type/size storage, the more the better, and so long as space is suitable for books, technical manuals, for artisan’s tools storage, and also provided that rent is reasonable — our carpenter (my uncle, also) can help to do improvements.
