this space could be used as storage instead of as a workshop I am a fiber artist/sewer looking for another artist or hobbyist to share my workshop space in central Alameda or for someone who wants a secure place to store their belongings. Workshop is in the aboveground basement (with windows) of a remodeled Victorian house. Quiet, secure and secluded.
