We have a space available as either a parking/storage area, or even as a small workshop for an independant tradesman available for rent. The space has a covered area that has been occupied for the last 2 years as an automotive repair and maintenance facility by another independant tradesman that has recently decided to move to Oakland and we need to fill the space.
