Available immediately is a large basement space that can be used flexibly as a workspace, artist studio or storage area. Access to water and power can be arranged. There is a tenant above the basement so noise will have to be kept to a minimum and I will need to access the space from time to time to perform maintenance on the building (it’s being rehabbed)
