I have a total of 56,000 square feet (that is not a typo) of vacant, covered yard space for rent. I’m willing to rent the entire thing for $2000 but I’ll rent 10,000 square feet for $500 There are limitations to what I can sublet the space for, mostly vehicle storage and work space, no permanent or even temporary structures can be placed on the yard. I get around this stipulation by using box trucks to store my equipment, which works out great
