Two if by Sea. April 18, 1775, two Lanterns were hung in Boston’s North Church. The British took a sea route from Boston to Lexington. Paul Revere & William Dawes set out on horseback to Lexington to warn Samuel Adams & John Hancock that British troops had been sent to capture them
